Jonathan Glickman
Jonathan Glickman, President, is responsible for the development and production of all Spyglass Entertainment films. In 1993, Glickman joined Caravan Pictures as an intern and by 1997 he had worked his way up to President of the company. During this time he brought in such projects as "While You Were Sleeping,” serving as associate producer. Later, Glickman executive produced "Grosse Pointe Blank" and Walt Disney's "Inspector Gadget". In addition, he also produced the international smash hits "Rush Hour" and its sequel "Rush Hour II.” In 1998, Glickman was named President of Production for Spyglass Entertainment and in 2003 was promoted to President of Spyglass Entertainment. While at Spyglass, Glickman has produced such international hits as “Shanghai Noon,” “Count of Monte Cristo,” “The Pacifier,” and “The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy.” In 2008, Glickman produced the sleeper romantic-comedy hit “27 Dresses,” which so far has grossed over $160 million worldwide. Most recently, he produced “Four Christmases,” starring Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon. Glickman, who is married to television writer Christy Callahan, graduated with honors in English from the University of Michigan and attended University of Southern California's Peter Stark program.

Rebekah Rudd
Executive Vice President of Post Production, Spyglass Entertainment Holdings, LLC
Rebekah Rudd, Executive Vice President of Post Production, has responsibilities that include overseeing all aspects of Post Production, Visual Effects and International Delivery for the company. She started her career as an assistant editor on such films as “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure’s” and Disney’s “The Mighty Ducks.” After several years in the cutting room she segued into supervising Post Production on Warner Brother’s “Don’t Tell Mom the Baby Sitter’s Dead” and Disney’s “The Three Musketeer’s.” While on “The Three Musketeer’s,” Roger Birnbaum and Joe Roth asked her to join them at Caravan Pictures as their head of Post Production. She remained there for two years handling all aspects of Post Production on 12 films including “I Love Trouble,” “Angels in the Outfield” and “Houseguest.” In 1995 she moved from Caravan to Steve Herek’s Disney based Mud Pony Productions to join him as his Producing Partner. During her four years at Mud Pony she served as Associate Producer on “101 Dalmatians” and Co-Producer on “Holy Man.” In 1999 she joined Roger Birnbaum and Gary Barber in their newly formed company Spyglass Entertainment, as Head of Post Production. At Spyglass she Co-Produced “The Count of Monte Cristo”, “Reign of Fire.”, and “The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy”, and the upcoming films “The Invisible” and “Underdog.”

Cheryl Rodman
Executive Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs and General Counsel, Spyglass Entertainment Holdings, LLC
Cheryl Rodman joined Spyglass in 2002 and is responsible for overseeing business and legal affairs for the company, including matters in connection with international distribution, development and production and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Spyglass Ms. Rodman was an associate at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P., in Los Angeles, where she worked with clients in the entertainment, Internet and technology industries, among others. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Peter Oillataguerre
Senior Vice President of Physical Production, Spyglass Entertainment Holdings, LLC
Peter Oillataguerre, Senior VP of Physical Production, is responsible for all aspects of production at Spyglass Entertainment Holdings. He started his career at the Walt Disney Company and after several years joined Spyglass as Director Of Production And Finance where he worked on such films as "Shanghai Noon," "Keeping The Faith," and "The Count Of Monte Cristo." From 2001 to 2005 Peter served as VP of Production at Universal Pictures where he was involved with such movies as "The Scorpion King," "The Life Of David Gale," "The Rundown," "Red Dragon," "Intolerable Cruelty," Along Came Polly," "Van Helsing," "Friday Night Lights," "The Interpreter," "Meet The Fockers," and "Doom." In 2005, Peter took advantage of an opportunity to be an independent executive producer of "Dead Silence." Shortly after completing the film, he re-joined the company in his current position.

Jose Gutierrez
Jose Gutierrez, Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President Finance, Spyglass Entertainment Holdings, LLC
Jose Gutierrez, Chief Financial Officer/Senior Vice President Finance, is responsible for the day-to-day finance, banking, financial reporting and other administrative functions of our company. Prior to joining the company in 2003, he was with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Century City for seven years. There he managed clients primarily in entertainment, including the Walt Disney Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Revolution Studios, Miramax Films, Initial Entertainment Group, and The Los Angeles Lakers. His portfolio of clients also included some in the music, technology, and retail industries. He has a BA of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Gary Barber
Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Barber founded the production, finance and distribution company, Spyglass Entertainment, where he serves as Co-Chairman and CEO along with partner Roger Birnbaum.

The company’s savvy production choices led to the phenomenal box office success of “THE SIXTH SENSE” (1999) starring Bruce Willis, which garnered six Academy Award nominations and grossed over $661 million worldwide. Other early successes include: “THE INSIDER” (1999) with Oscar? winner Russell Crowe and which earned seven Academy Award nominations, “KEEPING THE FAITH” (2000) with Ben Stiller and Edward Norton; “THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO” (2002) with Jim Caviezel and Guy Pearce; Jackie Chan and Owen Wilson in “SHANGHAI NOON” (2000) and its sequel “SHANGHAI KNIGHTS” (2003); and “THE RECRUIT” (2003) starring the dynamic team of AI Pacino and Colin Farrell.

Also in 2003, Spyglass co-financed and Mr. Barber executive produced two milestone movies: “BRUCE ALMIGHTY,” starring Jim Carrey and Jennifer Aniston, is considered one of the great blockbuster comedies of all time, grossing over $485 million in worldwide box office; and “SEABISCUIT,” the tale of the legendary racehorse, starring Tobey Maguire, Chris Cooper, and Jeff Bridges, which received seven Oscar nominations for its moving story of triumph over adversity.

Spyglass and Mr. Barber went on to produce “THE PACIFIER” and “THE HITCHHIKER’S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY” in 2005. “The Pacifier,” a family comedy starring Vin Diesel, earned $200 million in worldwide box office, while “The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy,” an adaptation to the Douglas Adams’s bestseller, crossed the $100 million mark globally.

Spyglass also co-financed and Mr. Barber executive-produced in 2005: “THE LEGEND OF ZORRO,” the sequel to the 1998 smash hit “The Mask of Zorro” with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Antonio Banderas, and director Martin Campbell; and “MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA,” based on the best-selling novel, helmed by Rob Marshall (“Chicago”) and starring Ziyi Zhang and Ken Watanabe. “Memoirs of a Geisha” earned Spyglass three Oscar wins out of six nominations, bringing the total of Spyglass’ nominations to twenty-six.

2006’s successful Walt Disney Pictures' “EIGHT BELOW” was co-financed by Spyglass and executive produced by Mr. Barber. In 2007, Spyglass produced and financed the releases of “THE INVISIBLE” and “THE LOOKOUT,” with “The Lookout” winning Best First Feature at the 2007 Independent Spirit Awards. That summer, Spyglass and Mr. Barber produced Universal’s “EVAN ALMIGHTY,” the comedy follow-up to “Bruce Almighty” and Walt Disney Pictures’ live-action feature of the beloved classic cartoon series star, “UNDERDOG.”

2008 has been a prolific year for Spyglass with the winning release of “27 DRESSES,” which Spyglass developed, produced and co-financed, followed by the release of “THE RUINS,” a horror/thriller in association with DreamWorks. This summer season ushered in three major Spyglass releases: M. Night Shyamalan’s latest, “THE HAPPENING,” a paranoid thriller being released by 20th Century Fox, “THE LOVE GURU,” Mike Myers’ latest comedy which he co-wrote and stars in along side Justin Timberlake and Jessica Alba, and “WANTED,” an adrenaline pumping action thriller based upon Mark Miller's explosive graphic novel series, starring Oscar? winner Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy (“Atonement”). The debut of “Wanted” was the best June box office opening for an R-rated film and the sixth best box office opening for an R-rated film of all times.

In the second half of 2008, Spyglass will release three films: “Ghost Town,” starring Ricky Gervais in association with Paramount, the Barber-produced “FLASH OF GENIUS,” a drama based on a true story through Universal and the New Line holiday comedy “FOUR CHRISTMASES,” starring Oscar? winner Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn (“Wedding Crashers).

Looking ahead to next year, “G.I. JOE: THE RISE OF COBRA,” which Spyglass co-financed and Mr. Barber executive produced, is slated for an August 2009 release by Paramount.

A seasoned veteran of the business, Mr. Barber has been directly responsible for operating companies in feature film production and distribution, foreign theatrical, video and TV distribution, exhibition and pre-recorded music and music publishing. He was responsible for building these companies from the ground up.

Mr. Barber is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Creek Productions. During his eight and a half years at the company, he was in charge of all day-to-day operations for each of Morgan Creek's business entities including feature film production, foreign distribution, music, exhibition and interactive.

Mr. Barber has produced or executive produced over 60 feature films and TV shows including the 1994 hit that rocketed Jim Carrey to stardom, “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective,” and its highly successful sequel, “Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls,” and the 1991 blockbuster, “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves,” starring Kevin Costner.

Roger Birnbaum
Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Roger Birnbaum founded the production, finance and distribution company, Spyglass Entertainment, with partner Gary Barber, where they share the title of Co-Chairman and CEO. The company develops and finances all of its projects independently.

Spyglass Entertainment’s box office successes range from “The Sixth Sense” with Bruce Willis, which earned $661 million in worldwide box-office, to the smash hit “Bruce Almighty” starring Jim Carrey, which earned $485 million. Also included in the Spyglass library are Oscar®-nominated favorites such as “Seabiscuit” with Tobey Maguire, and “The Insider” with Russell Crowe and Al Pacino. In total, Spyglass has cumed over 26 Oscar nominations, including three wins. Spyglass also co-financed and executive produced “The Legend of Zorro,” the sequel to “the Mask of Zorro” with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Antonio Banderas, and director Martin Campbell, and “Memoirs of a Geisha”, the adaptation of the best-selling novel directed by Rob Marshall (“Chicago”). Both films were released internationally by Spyglass and have grossed over $150 million dollars each in worldwide box office to date. “Memoirs of a Geisha” drew numerous kudos and awards throughout the season, culminating in three Academy Awards®.

In 2006, Birnbaum co-financed and produced the action adventure “Eight Below,” based on the true survival story about a group of sled dogs’ in Antarctica. The film had strong legs at the box office, with earnings over $120 million worldwide. Spyglass also produced and financed the crime thriller “The Lookout,” helmed by acclaimed writer turned first time director Scott Frank. In the summer of 2007, Spyglass saw the releases of “Evan Almighty,” the comedy follow-up to “Bruce Almighty” and the live-action feature with Walt Disney Pictures “Underdog,” based upon the beloved cartoon series.

In 2008 Spyglass is co-financing a bountiful roster of films starting with the hugely successful “27 Dresses,” with Katherine Heigl and which Birnbaum produced. Next were the releases of “The Ruins,” a horror/thriller in association with DreamWorks, M. Night Shyamalan’s latest “The Happening,” a paranoid thriller, “The Love Guru,” a comedy co-written by and starring Mike Myers with Justin Timberlake and Jessica Alba and “Wanted,” an adrenaline pumping action thriller based upon Mark Miller's explosive graphic novel series starring Oscarâ winner Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy (“Atonement”). The debut of “Wanted” was a huge box office success for Spyglass, grossing $50.1 million in its U.S. opening weekend alone.

In the fall of 2008, Spyglass will release two films with Paramount and Universal respectively: Ricky Gervais’s latest comedy “Ghost Town” and “Flash of Genius,” with Oscarâ nominee Greg Kinnear in a drama based on a true story. This holiday season, New Line will release the Spyglass and Birnbaum produced “Four Christmases,” starring Oscarâ winner Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn (“Wedding Crashers”).

Spyglass co-financed and Mr. Birnbaum executive produced “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra,” which paramount will release in August 2009.

Prior to founding Spyglass Entertainment, Birnbaum, co-founded Caravan Pictures, where he was responsible for such box office hits as “Rush Hour,” “Six Days/Seven Nights,” “Inspector Gadget,” Gross Pointe Blank,” The Three Musketeers,” Angels in the Outfield” and While You Were Sleeping.”

Before joining Caravan, Birnbaum held the title of President of Worldwide Production and Executive Vice President of Twentieth Century Fox, where he developed such films as “Home Alone,” Sleeping with the Enemy,” Edward Scissorhands,” “Hot Shots,” “My Cousin Vinny,” “The Last of the Mohicans,” “Die Hard 2” and “Mrs. Doubtfire,” among others. Prior to that, Mr. Birnbaum was President of Production for United Artists where he developed the Oscar winning film and all-time cinema favorite “Rain Man.”

Earlier in his career, he produced “The Sure Thing,” directed by Rob Reiner and “Young Sherlock Holmes,” which were presented in association with Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment. For television, he executive produced the telefilms “Scandal Sheet,” “Happily Ever After,” “When Your Lover Leaves” and the award winning “All The Kids Do It.”

Born in Teaneck, New Jersey and educated at the University of Denver, Mr. Birnbaum built a successful career as Vice President of A&M Records and Arista Records before entering the film business to produce motion pictures. He is currently Co-Artistic Director of the AFI conservatory, and serves on the Advisory Board for UCSB at the Center for Film, Television, and New Media. He is also a mentor to the USC Peter Stark Producing Program, as well as the UCLA Graduate Film program.
